With the insight gained from our discovery process, we begin to explore spatial ideas and early architectural form. Detail

Together, we shape the design. Refining spatial planning, materials, and the little details that make a big difference. We dive into the tactile qualities of the interiors - light, texture, custom cabinetry and finishes. Everything is thoughtfully considered to create a design that feels cohesive, buildable, and considered from every angle.

Documentation and Procurement

We prepare the detailed drawings and documentation required for council consent and construction. At this stage, we can also help with contractor selection and tendering. We draw from a trusted network of collaborators to ensure the right team is assembled for your project.

Construction and Advocacy

We remain hands-on throughout construction -advocating for design integrity, resolving details on site, and collaborating closely with the builder to ensure the result is well crafted and aligned with your original vision.
