Steel truss frames on the kitchen island and arched openings in breakout rooms introduce elements reminiscent of construction. The design response centres on cultivating a collaborative and efficient work environment through an open-plan layout, complemented by private offices for senior staff and a variety of breakout spaces that support both focused work and teamwork. Office and meeting rooms are strategically placed at each end of the floor, enabling visual connectivity from east to west. This layout links the open-plan zones to both the future internal courtyard and the surrounding streetscape, while positioning workspaces near expansive glazing to maximise natural light and views.
