The upper floors of the building accommodate the donor centre and their regional office, while the lower level has been devoted to logistics and storage to enhance service operations. Three levels of custom-made glass profiles shield staff and donors from the busy city streets. Subtle creases to the glass façade, which would otherwise have been fairly rigid, have given the building life and made it a vibrant addition to the surrounding environment. We hope the new building will capture the public's attention and serve as a reminder of NZ Blood's presence and significance in our community.
